Gomez Development Group is seeking to hire a Project Manager for New Multifamily Development Project in Miami, FL. They are looking to bring on board a highly driven, well organized, excellent problem-solving individual as our project manager. A few key responsibilities are value engineering plans, pricing plans and permitting them, oversight of our General Contractor, keeping them on schedule, daily progress reporting, inspecting/quality control, verifying plans/specs, adhering to the project budget, tracking all projected related items, daily communication with the project team, forecasting potential problems and providing solutions.
Salary and excellent bonus structure for the successful completion of the project. If you have an engineering, construction management or similar degree that would be a plus. This is a full-time position focused solely on the success of this one project with the opportunity for growth across multiple projects as we expand our real estate development company. They will be filling this position in the next 30-45 days.
