Acceptable Majors – Undergrad and Graduate:
- Construction Management
- Architecture
- Architectural / Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Perform Quantity Takeoffs
- Assist Preconstruction employees in various tasks
Ideal Candidate:
- Can read and understand construction documents/blueprints
- Can read specifications and relate them to the construction documents
- Knowledgeable of computer software – PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
- Professional Attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
