The tuition and fees for the on-line Construction Management courses are the following:
In-State Students
Graduate tuition: $441.49 / credit hour x 3 credit hours = $1,324.47
Additional: $309 program fee and $90 online fee
Out-of-State and International Students
Tuition: $2,100 (flat-fee) per course (3 credits) [Effective Fall 2014]
No other fees are entailed.
Federal regulations limit international students, residing in USA on temporary visas, to a maximum of one on-line course (3 credits) a semester to count towards their full-time enrollment.
