Job Description:
Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to management and staff within the construction division of a real estate development firm. Aside from assisting with the collection, review, processing and filing of contracts and vendor invoicing; daily duties include assisting the VP of development with improvements of an in-house proprietary budget tracking system for projects under development. Preferred candidate must have knowledge and use of CSI format and have some experience with cost management and creating/maintaining budget and log reports. Requires weekly coordination with IT department/software developer. Preference is made to candidates with excellent excel skills. The position includes assisting with general administrative duties as needed.
