Pro-Max Restoration is a 28 year old General Contractor specializing in the renovation and restoration of existing condominium and commercial buildings. We serve the South and the West coasts of Florida. We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager Assistant/Project Engineer interested in long-term employment in our East Coast South Florida territory.
We are looking for ambitious, organized, motivated individuals with to:
- Perform pre-condition surveys of job sites by documenting existing conditions prior to the commencement of each project.
- Riding swing-stages along with Engineers to mark and document structural deficiencies, quantities, draw and mark up as-builds document repairs, and organize and store all this data.
- Inputting project labor data on a daily basis to track production.
- Assist the project manager and project superintendent to keep the project working smoothly.
- Monitoring project schedules.
- Meeting with Project Managers and Engineers to assist in the monthly approval of quantities and pay applications supported by the data compiled onsite.
- Create detailed daily reports in Procore
Applicants will be required to:
- Pass a background and drug screening check.
- Have excellent Computer skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to train and learn Pro-Core Project Management Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work within budgets and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in the South Florida Tri-county area
$25 per hour Full time or Part Time + health insurance benefits.
