Project Manager

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to oversee large-scale tenant improvement and small ground-up projects in all capacities as well as large ground-up projects with a Senior Project Manager or Principal oversight and the support of a Project Coordinator.

Qualifications

    • High school education or GED equivalency.
    • Good oral and written English language communication skills, including a clear speaking voice.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Good computer literacy, including the ability to navigate online applications and search engines effectively for research purposes.
    • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to maintain focus on and professionalism with people in challenging situations, both in person and digitally.
    • Good time management, including the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
    • Must be able to multi-task and retain accuracy in an environment of competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree in construction, architecture, or real estate development-related fields
    • Master’s degree in construction, architecture, or real estate development-related fields
    • (Spoken) Spanish language communication skills.
