Specific position responsibilities:
➢ Oversee project reporting including but not limited to daily logs, equipment usage,
delivery schedules and project timeline projections; create work in progress
statements
➢ Manage material delivery for projects and provide regular updates to monitor
against project schedule.
➢ Identify issues and challenges at the jobsite and work to develop and implement
solutions promptly
➢ Interface with related departments including operations, engineering, drafting and
administration to accomplish necessary project tasks, reporting and/or design.
➢ Participate in professional organizations to ensure updated knowledge of trends and
practices within the construction industry
➢ Taking daily photos of job site, organizing them and uploading them into the project
folders.
➢ Assist Project Manager with Change Orders, Subcontractors, Meetings, Scheduling
and Invoice coding & Billing, etc. as needed.
➢ Assist Superintendent with any coordination, procurement, concrete checklists, daily
reporting, material & equipment
delivery/tracking/inspection/rentals/maintenance/logs, etc. as needed.
➢ Coordinates and maintains special inspection documentation for the project.
➢ Create, manage and track RFI’s from the field to the Architect/Engineer of record
through the general contractor.
➢ Maintain and distribute project plans.
➢ Creates and distributes meeting minutes.
➢ Assist the project team with closeout of the project.
➢ Assist Project Accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications
(if necessary).
➢ Assist Project Manager with assigned tasks

Qualifications:
➢ Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing and a clear ability to
organize and prioritize workload
➢ Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
➢ General knowledge of building construction methods, building systems, and cost
implications
➢ Intermediate level in Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCad, or similar construction software
➢ Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc.)
➢ Intermediate to advance knowledge in plan reading and understanding (Structural,
Architectural, Civil, Shop Drawings, etc.)

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with relevant work
experience

➢ Ability to think big picture and consider long-term implications of ones’ actions,
effects on project, and company.
➢ Passion for looking for ways to improve individual and/or company performance
➢ Commitment to exceeding supervisor’s expectations
➢ Ability to function and collaborate effectively and efficiently with others
