The construction industry is expected to add more than 300,000 jobs nationwide in the coming decade. There is more work in construction than people to do it. The Certificate Program on Construction Trades at FIU’s Moss Department of Construction Management meets the need and bridges that gap. The students who finished the program – and even the ones who have not finished yet – are in high demand. The program provides the underserved members of our community with good, high-demand jobs in the construction industry through hands-on training. The program also allows employers to get well-trained employees who have worked hard to get to where they are.

An investment by the Lennar Foundation in those who need it most continues to make it all possible. Thanks to them, we can ALL get the job done.
