Job Title: Miami Site Architect/Construction Manager Position
Job Description:
GLUCK+ is looking for an experienced Architect and/or Construction Supervisor to be the On-site Construction Manager on a modern, private residence, currently under construction in Miami Beach.
Must have real world experience on construction sites either as a construction manager or doing intensive Architectural construction administration. Candidates should have project management experience.
The following skills are requisite:
- Experience on ground-up projects from Design Development or Preconstruction Services through Construction Administration.
- Experience with high end finishes and a strong understanding of construction detailing
- Experience with Scheduling, project commissioning and closeout a plus
- Highly adept problem solver with strong technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Highly motivated, team oriented individuals.
