Job Description:
full-time position for an entry-level BIM Coordinator to work on multiple large-scale construction projects in the South Florida area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWorks Manage
• Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
• Early design review and constructability analysis
• Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
• BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement
• 3D Model Quantity Takeoffs / Verification
• 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk NavisWorks
• To contribute or otherwise assist as required
QUALIFICATIONS
• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
• Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks & AutoCAD • at least 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
• Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications
• Completed coursework in Construction, Architecture, or an equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
• Preferred: Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and/or BIM Track
