Job Description:
*It is Required to be Bilingual (Spanish-English)
*Recommended experience in construction: 1 year min. (not necessary)
*Participate in meetings with Owners, Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and subcontractors. During these meetings, the exact minutes of the meeting will be taken and distributed to all members of the team.
*Knowledge of project management software.
*Be completely familiar with the requirements of the project owner’s contract, and thus identify the changes, conflicts, etc., which is beyond the scope of our Company’s liability.
*Be completely familiar with the Requirements and scope of work detail of the subcontractor contracts and suppliers of the Company.
*The preparation of the prices based on the reading of project requirements in the architectural part.
*Prepare the required quantity of materials to use in the projects, send list of materials to the suppliers for competitive prices.
*Main point and responsible for identifying and meeting project requirements for items such as presentations, RFI, plan updates, bill of materials, stocking of materials, delivery of materials and all aspects of the document.
*With GC and subcontractors: Attend project coordination and owner / contractor / architect / engineer meetings for each assigned project as needed.
*Prepare, issue and request acceptance by the subcontractor of subcontracting agreements and purchase orders.
*Process order changes received by the contractor or Owner / Architect, including contacting the subcontractor to prepare price changes for orders, reviewing subcontractors’ quotes to ensure they are accurate and reasonable, and submitting them to the Project Manager with the confidence that the price is in accordance with it.
