Job Title: Estimator
MISC. METALS / STRUCTURAL STEEL
Location: In the Doral area. Monday – Friday (7:00am – 4:00pm).

Job Description:
Analyzes plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare material and labor estimates.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES include; but are not limited to:
Review data (plans) to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists.
Compute cost factors for items and prepares proposals.
Research specialty suppliers via internet, direct calls, etc.
Makes quantity take-offs of materials and items.
Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals by phone and email to discuss
and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Interfaces with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and
commitment to the cost estimates.
Perform other job duties and responsibilities as assigned along with the
opportunity to assist with Project Management.
SALARY RANGE
Salary commensurate with experience.
$20 – $24 hourly salary range or $41,000 – $50,000 annual salary range.
